One time Payments: Payments for Yomu AI made as one-time purchases for a fixed number of AI actions are non-refundable. These payments grant access to a predetermined quantity of AI actions, and upon purchase, these actions are immediately available for use. These actions never expire.
Subscription Services: Yomu AI offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing, and charges will be automatically applied to your account until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your Yomu AI account, click your user profile picture in the top left and select 'Manage Subscription' (or visit app.yomu.ai/subscribe directly). Once you are in that 'Subscribe' page click 'Manage Subscription' below the pricing plan to stop future billings. Please note that if you have used more than 7 AI actions during your current or past subscription periods, we cannot offer a refund. You can cancel anytime without any hassle - we make it easy and straightforward to stop your subscription when you need to.
Reporting Errors: We understand that unforeseen issues may occur. If you encounter a bug or error in our product, we are committed to addressing and resolving it promptly. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standard of our product and continually improve.
